Complete inability to serve mains at a similar time. For three people dining when entire crowd in the whole restaurant was 5 people at the time of ordering, one main only arrived well after everyone else finished, even after eating at a painfully slow pace to the extent the food was cold on the plate. Worse, another table of 4 people arrived after we ordered and they received appetizers and soup during the time after 2 of us received our mains and we were hopelessly waiting for the 3rd person's

For three people dining when entire crowd in the whole restaurant was 5 people at the time of ordering, one main only arrived well after everyone else finished, even after eating at a painfully slow pace to the extent the food was cold on the plate. Worse, another table of 4 people arrived after we ordered and they received appetizers and soup during the time after 2 of us received our mains and we were hopelessly waiting for the 3rd person's main. Requests to check on the item were met with "have patience". Might be excusable in a fast service place but at $500 per head absurd. Not even a sorry. For some reason Open Rice App only allows me to give 2 stars, not 1 or zero. Will never return.
