係到食過lunch 覺得食物唔錯，今次帶埋朋友食dinner. Dinner無set 性價比稍低。食物水準不錯，但整體份量較少。我地兩個人食左4個roll，1 udon 同埋 1 uni fan 埋單 $600ish。但我地完全食唔飽，最後去左five guys 食多個burger先夠 （利申：2個細食既女仔）最大問題係service😡 因為知道佢lunch好多人，專登打去book左位。前一晚打左黎confirm booking，第二朝又打多次黎， 到臨booking前幾分鐘都打多次黎催我地😓個陣其實已經到左門口附近，個聽電話既女仔好無禮貌咁講”我唔見你喎” 但明明個陣未夠booking time😤 我同個friend都以為係好多人等 所以先咁催我地…但係去到 一個人都無😶 入面啲staff 仲要坐左係guest table到吹水🤥 佢個setting係好似omakase咁，但service絕對唔係omakase style. 全程你都會聽到啲staff自己吹水，討論某位某位同事 其實都幾影響個experience😑 加上啲waitress/waitor好唔細心，攞走啲碟既時侯會係兩個
最大問題係service😡

佢個setting係好似omakase咁，但service絕對唔係omakase style. 全程你都會聽到啲staff自己吹水，討論某位某位同事 其實都幾影響個experience😑 加上啲waitress/waitor好唔細心，攞走啲碟既時侯會係兩個人中間攞走，仲打爛左支野飲
嬲到第一次寫食評 呢間野真係坐多一分鐘都嫌辛苦 😤😤
Food was good but service was disappointing.
Been there for lunch and had the lunch set which cost around $150ish pp, it was a reasonable price and i really like one of the roll, so I’ve decided to go again with another friend. It was a Sunday night and I was expecting a long queue at night so I called in and book a table for 2 at 6:30pm. The restaurant called back the night before to confirm our booking, and called again the morning which I think is kinda unnecessary. The lady called AGAIN 5 mins before the booking time and asked rudely where we were at,and that they can only hold the table for 5 mins. We were literally 20seconds away and I told her we will be there very soon. She then said “I dont see you here”. 🙄 We weren’t even late and they were already rushing us. It would make more sense if there was a long queue and they cant hold the table any longer but there wasnt a single guest in the restaurant/waiting 😡😡 The staff wasn’t even ready for service，they were sitting on guest table and chitchatting. We both found it very rude to rush the customer before the booking time.
The dinner menu was just a la carte, so it’s not as worth it as the lunch set. We ordered 4 rolls, 1 crab udon and 1 uni fan which costs us $600. The portion was too small even for two girls and we had to go to five guys afterwards.
For that price, i expect better service from Rollie. The staff was talking among themselves all the time and is kinda disturbing for us to enjoy our meal and chat. The waitress pay no attention to details. She would take away the dishes in between us. Imagine talking with your friend and a hand suddenly pops out of nowhere🙄 When we order our food (order on a paper), i passed the paper to one of the staff and her expression was like “why are you giving me the order paper”. We had this awkward silence for 15 secs until she took away our order.
Overall, the service of the restaurant was so disastrous that me and my friend just wanted to leave without finishing the food. For that price range, you will have TONS of choices with good food and MUCH BETTER service in that location 😤🤔
