It is a disappointing experience dining at Zenon cafe, if not the WORST that I have ever come across in HK. During lunch hours, the tables were not fully occupied. However, I waited over 40 minutes for a spaghetti to be served. In between from when I put the order and got the food, two waitresses were busy with prioritizing all take-away orders. In between from when I put the order and got the food, two waitresses were busy with prioritizing all take-away orders. I reminded them several times about my food - they either ignored or said food is being prepared. However, after I waited and waited, what I saw was them running around with the take-away orders.
When food finally came, there was no apology or explanation. One of the waitresses just said: eat the food.
Can you imagine being treated in a nice restaurant in central? How ignorant! How arrogant! How rude!
I thought I would like to share my experience here so that if you plan to enjoy a pleasant lunch on weekdays, you know Zenon cafe should not be in your consideration.
