Randomly picked Toi Hokkaido Rice Pizza because the q at outback steak place was long (30 minutes wait) but it proved a worse decision! We ordered the following items (and in our horror, we get...)- glasses of water being served were filthy (looked like the surface of iphone after you talked on the phone), half full (why would the water being poured half full only)- Salad: was served last (shouldn't salad be served first?)- Rice Pizza: found a strand of hair (embedded in the pizza - obviously no

- Chocolate icecream drink (ice cream was fine, but chocolate drink taste like mud water)
- vegetable spaghetti was tasteless (spinach tasted foul)
Attitude of the crews is notorious! They did not seem to take pride of their work, behave like the crews in local HK cafe, didn't seem apologetic after we made our remarks. When I asked for payment, the manager in duty did not bother to use a folder to present the receipt - instead he just left the receipt and credit card bill on the table (makes it wonder do they have service at the first day)
