肉料理とワインCARVING is a great restaurant where that offers great seasonal chef’s specials for their customers. Great Place if you take someone on a special date as the restaurant is small. Is a lovely restaurant and makes use of seasonal ingredients to cook high-end dishes. Staff are very attention to the menu and carefully explain each dish.  We ordered the set dinner menu arranged by the chef, it includes Uni Sashimi Toast, Smoked Oita Sabe Caprese with Tomato and Buffalo Mozzarella, Ikura Pudding

Staff are very attention to the menu and carefully explain each dish.  We ordered the set dinner menu arranged by the chef, it includes Uni Sashimi Toast, Smoked Oita Sabe Caprese with Tomato and Buffalo Mozzarella, Ikura Pudding in Signature Yorkshire Pudding with Salmon Caviar and Mentaiko Mousse, Charcoal Grill with A5 Japan Wagyu Picanha with seasonal Japanese Vegetables, Shiodzuke Black Cod Claypot rice, Handmade Gelato and Yuzu Plum wine. And for drinks, we ordered a bottle of Vilarnau Cava Brut Reserva from Spain. Everything was cooked fresh and with great presentation, I highly recommended if you are looking to impress your dates and looking for good food to dine.
