Was around Mongkok and felt like having a beer with some snacks to munch on. Walked past Wingman, a restaurant specializing in 19 flavors of chicken wings. Carolina Reaper is one of the hottest chilies in the world. The owner warned that the sauce would be viciously hot - exactly what we wanted!! Absolutely not the level of spiciness that a normal person could take. Vibrant, powerful punch. Moist, slightly chewy and crunchy texture.
They also have their own brew of Ho Wing draft beer. Easy to drink, hoppy with notes of caramel, slightly bitter.
In addition to wings, they offer burger, pasta and veggies etc. With this wide range of menu selection, Wingman is definitely not only for snacking but also perfect for a relaxing lunch or dinner.
