My friend and I walked by here one night and thought the concept was really interesting (shark tank shisha). So we decided that we can come here for New Years Eve. I called the place the next day, I told the staff that I want to book it on December 31 @ 10PM. The staff calls me back the same night at 10PM and asks me where I am. He told me that the prices for NYE will be different and does not know the price yet, will call me back tomorrow. Of course, he did NOT call me back.
I don’t think it’s a big deal that you heard me wrong over the phone, but at least have the responsibility to call me back and let me know whatever prices you decide to charge. I will not recommend anyone to this place or think about coming here again. It seems like your staff don’t care about new business anyway so I will just help you with promoting that.
