After finishing my appointment and since I was not meeting anyone for dinner tonight, I decided to have dinner nearby. While walking along the street, I chanced upon 四寶食堂. It looked bright and clean, so I decided to give it a try. It was located at AIA tower, few minutes walk from Fortress Hill MTR.It offered a wide range of Cantonese cuisine, snacks and drinks. Lemonade with salted lemon - It was gassy and refreshing, perfect during this hot weather. It was sweet, with strong lemon taste.
BBQ pork omelet with rice - Omelet was fried till soft and smooth, going well with the rice. BBQ pork was chewy and juicy, with slight fat in it.
Sauteed prawn with fruit, pomelo sauce - It was fresh and chewy, juicy as well as pomelo sauce was spread over it. It has strong pomelo sauce and sweet in taste.
