I wanted an omelet one morning so I entered this restaurant with no expectations. I ordered the sautéed beef omelet and, to my surprise, it looked as unattractive as a typical American omelet. However it had a good taste and I even dropped some of the beef in the breakfast "A" noodle bowl. This is a good idea if you plan on buying the noodle bowl with the fish cake, because without the "cow juices" the the broth tastes a bit bland.
