Discovered a delicious and very filling snack at a cozy alley in MeiFoo. It offers a variety of Japanese / Asian desserts, out of which, their shop is named after it’s best selling “wheelpie” thick pancakes.It’s still hot when it’s served, easy to takeaway.As a matcha lover and a highly recommended flavour, I picked the matcha lava flavour, I did not regret. It’s still hot when it’s served, easy to takeaway.
As a matcha lover and a highly recommended flavour, I picked the matcha lava flavour, I did not regret. It’s so satisfying to see the oozing lava sauce, very rich and creamy. The ‘wheelpie’ itself has a soft yet bouncy texture, like that of a pancake/ waffle and crumpet.
Ms. Wheelpie serves many flavours and rotate between special flavours! Vanilla Custard, Matcha, Ovaltine, Taiwanese Taro, Oreo Ferror Rocher, Malaysian Durian.... these were the flavours offered on the day I visited, and it was enough to give me a hard time choosing!!
