To celebrate the anniversary with my boyfriend, we went Lily and blooms in LKF tower and we had a wonderful dinner there. The food at The bloom appears detailed and fresh. They got wide range of liquor and wine on the list. The smoked salmon flatbread, it used house cured salmon,mixed with fresh grapes, four cheeses and arugula. The flatbread was so thin that it won't make people feel full easily, we can then try more different dishes.
The HK Cioppino was a traditional San Francisco seafood stew. It used local market seafood in a zesty tomato broth, served with cheesy garlic bread. There were many seafood in this dishes and they tasted fresh, we do love it!!
Artisanal cola glazed flat iron used wild Hereford cattle, plus sweet corn puree, spring onion and ginger sauce. The coke tenderdize the beef and make the beef soft and sweet, this was the first time I tried a cola beef but I like it, we would definitely order this again!!
We were full enough but we do want to try parmesan and truffled halo fries. The sauce was amazing and the fries were very crispy that they were born to be the best match. We couldn't stop eating it one and one more!!
Last but not least, the restaurant was cozy and the atmosphere was really nice that not only suitable for couple to dine in here, but a group of friend can also have a chill night here! Next time I must come with my friends!!
