The salad looks great and refreshing. The addition of mentaiko is quite unique that add extra flavouring. A favorable price to have caviar!

Extra points to having black truffles in the pan-fry mushrooms.
The only thing to complaint is the small slice of charcoal toast, which makes the guacamole looks too generous haha!

The beetroot latte and Butterfly Pea Flower latte really caught everyone’s eyeballs. The milk is smooth and creamy, then I realized they are using Meiji 4.3!! Such an investment!

Ordered a cake, which was a collab with NGO Hong Chi Association (匡智烘焙) which were baked by talented disability warriors!! What a great cause! The staff shared that they will extend their collab with more NGOs in the future as the cafe philosophy is major-ity & minor-ity comes together 🤎🌻
