My boyfriend and I waited there for 30+ minutes for a goddamn Sandwich which never came. I waited for a good 20~30 minute for my Borscht soup udon which were subpar quality. In the end, we left feeling disappointed and frustrated on how bad the service was.Speaking of service, the table besides us tried to order takeouts, but they also had to wait as the waiters mixed up their order and forgot their drinks. Never again.
