Looking for a good yakiniku fix got me all the way in Tsim Sha Tsui at H Zentre trying to find the entrance to @saburo_japanese_yakiniku. Pretty spacious seating and decor from the get go.We started with a salad with slices of cold wagyu, then came our sashimi platter and the meats. Wagyu is a must, but we also tried grilling chicken hearts ourselves for the first time and it was surprisingly really good, like really good. Wagyu is a must, but we also tried grilling chicken hearts ourselves for the first time and it was surprisingly really good, like really good. Maybe I'm just great on the grill kakakkaka but no it's really tender and fresh. We even got a wagyu rice, which , for sure, may have been too much wagyu even for me, but in a good way. We ended with a sorbet and took the ferry home to try and digest hehe.
