湯底清甜，不覺油膩也不會過鹹，喝了大半碗也沒有覺得口渴。慢煮牛肉條有驚喜，非常軟淋，入口即溶。牛丸彈牙紮實，和牛較重油花味，而安格斯牛肉蘇味偏重，個人覺得未有太大驚喜。餐廳定價偏高，不過食物確實有質素👍🏻

💭Their spring rolls had a nice crispy skin that didn’t feel too oily or heavy. Filled predominantly with vermicelli (which I prefer way more than meat🙈), they do taste pretty good, although on the saltier side.
春卷皮脆又沒有油膩感，餡料有大量粉絲（比包肉更好🙈），挺不錯，雖然比較鹹。
