Located inside JP Plaza. It's laid out to look like an old fashioned American diner. Menu items have basic American diner classics and most notably various versions of waffles.

I arrived for afternoon tea where they had a tea set menu with drinks included (add $2 to change drink from hot to cold). As I had a craving for waffles, I ordered the caramel apple crunch waffle with ice cream. I was given three choices of ice cream (chocolate, vanilla and strawberry). I chose vanilla. I added $2 extra for an ice lemon tea.

It appeared they had whole bottles of pancake syrup on every table. Awesome for those syrup addicted people.
Caramel Apple Crunch Waffle with Vanilla Ice Cream ($56). The waffle was drizzled with syrup and dusted with powdered sugar. It had a tiny squirt of sweetened whipped cream. The pro: The waffle was pretty good. Soft and moist without being flimsy. Pretty good waffle. The cons: everything else. The ice cream was icy. I don't think I've ever had icy ice cream except for a sorbet. Was it a sorbet? I expected the apples to be cooked but instead they were just sliced raw apples. There were caramel crunch praline bits all over. Put all together, it just didn't work. It would have been better if the apples were cooked into a caramel sauce or something. Eating tart raw apples with the sweet made the apples even more sour.

Service was a bit cha chan teng like. I sat down, was given a menu and then promptly asked what I wanted. No smiles. Nothing. Later the waiter I got went on a break and I got a girl and she was much better. As there are better waffle options (and all day breakfast type options) in Causeway Bay, I don't think I'd return again.
