I've been searching for a good Belgian waffle to try in Hong Kong even since I tried the waffle in Amsterdam last year. I was very happy to find one from Waffleman. I was very happy to know they didn't pre-make the waffle. Once the staff served me the waffle, I really couldn't wait to try. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed after I tried it because I expected the waffle to be chewier just like the one I had in Amsterdam. However, it turned to be less chewier than I expected. I guess I just expected too much. Anyway, it was quite a decent waffle in terms of its taste and freshness.
