We have arranged a xmas party there and booked 16 persons with $1000 deposit paid one week before the day while they admitted to arrange near window seats to us with half of their restaurant available for our party.However, when we arrived, we found they arranged the location near to their toilet and just 1/4 size of their cafe without any window!! However, when we arrived, we found they arranged the location near to their toilet and just 1/4 size of their cafe without any window!! The table is not fixed one with some of the boxes and their stock under the table which we even cannot put our legs under the table. The chairs are foldable ones. The setup really looks like cheap cheap "Tai Pai Tong"!!!
We complained to the only 1 staff who is a girl and then another male boss came out without any apology...then they said we didn't say any request on the setup while they also denied they will arrange window seats...so we left v. angrily...
It is really unreliable and they cheat their customers! I will never go again and if any wanna has a party there...pls pls consider twice or ur party time will be totally brust by them!!! >____<
