Very rude service

Going there for a late lunch. They asked me to sit at the bar table right to a leaking air conditioner. Water can actually hit that seat. I asked to change. A waitress move me to a 2 person table. As I was able to sit down, another waitress wearing black with short black hair rush toward me and say I cannot sit there. I say ok where to next. She basically kick me out and was very rude. I did not want to cause a scene and left. I try calling their number to lodge a formal complaint but no one pic

Who ask would their customers to sit in a puddle of water in HK?
