Have been here at least 5 times and enjoyed it every time. As others point out, the soup base is good but not great. My fav is the satay!But the real reason I come here is for their beef. So far, this is still the best for me in HK. 煲皇 also has good beef but I think this is a tad better. I like the beef cube the best and the other cuts are very good as well.The other not to miss here is the fried tofu skin. While the food is good, the service is poor to non-existent. The waiters are either not there or busy when you want to find them but I guess service isn't what I really look for in a hotpot restaurant.
The price here is not cheap. Normally runs 300-350 per head for lots of beef and beer.
