Mushroom with konjac noodle with tomato sauce I was kinda skeptical cause I associate konjac noodles with hotpot and so I didn’t know how it would taste as a main. Surprisingly it’s actually pretty good! The noddles with smooth and so chewy like jelly, and it is because the noodles itself does not have much of a taste that’s why it was able to highlight the freshness of the tomato sauce and mushrooms. A good thing about this is that even though it’s a main and usually one would feel quite filled
I was kinda skeptical cause I associate konjac noodles with hotpot and so I didn’t know how it would taste as a main. Surprisingly it’s actually pretty good! The noddles with smooth and so chewy like jelly, and it is because the noodles itself does not have much of a taste that’s why it was able to highlight the freshness of the tomato sauce and mushrooms. A good thing about this is that even though it’s a main and usually one would feel quite filled after pasta, it wasn’t heavy and so I wasn’t bloated but still full enough. 👍
Salted egg yolk risotto
The salted egg taste was pretty strong here with the little gritty texture from the salted eggs. This was the total opposite of the konjac noodles as it was extremely creamy and dense. It was good as well but it can be heavy for some.
Thai milk tea soyabean pudding
I really loved this as the Thai milk tea was rich and the toppings were sweet , complementing the milder tasting soyabean pudding beneath😆😆 there was mini taroballs, agar boba and tapioca as toppings and the different density and textures made each bite different but still extremely delicious 😋
