After a week of hectic work, it was finally Friday and to wind down myself. I met up with one of my close friends for dinner and we suggested Sense cafe. It was located at Parkes Street, just couple of minutes walk from Jordan MTR.For their dinner, they served dinner set as well as ala carte menu. Salad of the day - Even though it was included with the set, the chef was generous with the portion. The salad was crunchy and fresh, very appetizing.
Lobster soup - It was flavourful and smooth in texture, with slight lobster taste.
New Zealand sirloin lamb served with foie gras - The chef was generous with the serving, with alot of meat and vegetables. Foie gras was fatty and soft, flavourful too. Lamb meat was cooked till tender and soft, going well with the sauce provided.
Cast iron brownie with banana and chocolate ice cream - It was served in a hot plate and brownie was warm and chewy, with strong chocolate ice cream. Chocolate ice cream goes well with it, with a good combination.
