I love Vietnamese and I would say this restaurant provides nice comfortable booths if you book early.  The dishes are of reasonable size and the quality is very good.  The spring rolls and rice paper rolls live up to top Vietnamese cuisine standards.  I personally do not like the Vietnamese Pancake though.   Their soup noodles are also yummy.
