Seasonal afternoon tea at the ritz; and it’s uni edition! it was interesting to say the least, I loved majority of the savouries but the uni sake jelly ricotta cheese tartlet with caviar on top was absolutely delicious 🥧 I do love a solid pastry base! Then the tofu lime uni cheesecake was quite simple yet effectively nom, and a personal special mention to the yuzu cream mandarin choux tehe 🍬 The only thing I wasn’t a fan off was the clementine jam, so I couldn’t finish my scones, but it’s an int

The only thing I wasn’t a fan off was the clementine jam, so I couldn’t finish my scones, but it’s an interesting afternoon tea with some good stuff 👀!
Plus since it’s the ritz and we’re 102 floors up, so pretty much inclusive to the beautiful view of the hong kong skyline (no matter if it’s a gloomy day)🥹!
