Came here for Happy Hour on a Friday afternoon and the sky garden had no more than 5 tables overall with 3-4 wait staff serving! Two of us placed a very simple order, Iced Tea with little ice (which was served properly in a timely manner), a glass of white wine (which was not served until half way consuming the pork sausage) and a pork sausage as snack (which was served in a timely manner in spite of temperature being warm rather than hot).As I mentioned, my wine was not served and I had to remi
As I mentioned, my wine was not served and I had to remind them half way thru consuming the snack and I told them they might have forgotten placing the order for my white wine. The wine came shortly and everything was fine until I asked for the bill when they freely charged me for 2 glasses of wine when I only ordered and consumed ONE glass that had to be reminded that it was not served!
When brought to the staff attention, the staff simply adjusted the bill and offered little apologies or explanations on their dis-service. Certainly will not recommend anyone to patronize this establishment if proper service is to be expected!
