The waiter(s) are a little 'spaced' I suppose, not bad attitude but...Tea, english tea. Absolutely crap, taste bloody awful. The new york cheesecake, rock hard. The black forest, ok not too bad.$192 for 2 teas and 2 cakes, bloody weird service, but good view. Not recommend.
