This Garlic Bagel has chewy texture with really heavy garlic taste! If u dun mind the smell for a whole day, I sincerely recommended this!

Compare with Garlic Bagel, the smell of Everything Bagel is lighter but it looks much more alluring! There are poppy seed, sesame, salt and garlic on top of the Bagel! Therefore, the taste of Everything Bagel is more complex and better! Sesame and garlic bring you their unique taste and the salt added on the Bagel contributes to a salty taste which matches well with other spices!
However, Everything Bagel is harder than Garlic one. Though it is still chewy, slightly too hard for a bite.
