I've been here twice for lunch. I remeber the place as terribly bland and overpriced on my last visit, but perhaps it was just the vegetable ramen. There was enough sashimi, size was entrée (a place just up the road has a way better deal and... way more salmon and salad, and actually tastes delicious)... Anyway I may as well have been eating rubber bands at Haruka because the flavour was about as tasteful as that. It was so bad I made an account just to write about it.
They do seem to do great dinners from the previous reviews, but the lunches are definitely a rip off for what it's worth. I'm not sure what ethnicity the owner is, but very typical Hong Kong serving style. Like 'old men working at cha chaan teng throwing the the plate at you' kinda feel.
Anyway, never again. Don't waste your time here!
