Green Waffle Diner (嘉咸街)

Went there with a friend who read about it on HK Magazine. Since he wanted to try it, so I was like, ok, let's give it a try.

When we arrived there were around 70% of the table filled with local crowds. We were seated in a table right next to a couple. (They refused to let us to sit at the bigger table). I got a bit annoyed by the couple's (especially the girl was being a bit too pretentious, saying "napkins" to the servers and they had no idea what it means and had to double check with her again and she finally said it in Cantonese...) conversation, table were too close, I didn't want to listen to others' loud conversations...

Anyway, food was not bad but not great as well. My friend waited for way too long for his food and we've seen others (who came later) had the same dish before we had ours... When the dish finally arrived, the lady (maybe manager?) didn't even bother to apologize...

Guess I couldn't find any reason to eat there again, since there are too many similar places in Central area.

PS: Are they serving Diary Farm ice cream with the waffles? Those imitation strawberry ice cream? Hope not!
