Upon ordering , we were given a pager. This buzzes when it's ready so they don't have to scream at people and no one picks up the wrong order. Ingenious. It does take a while for your order to be ready as they really do shred on demand. I think we waited about 15 minutes.
And here it is! We ordered a small ($32) hand shredded chicken with rice rolls. Since I can't eat spicy, we shared a nonspicy. It was pretty good. The chicken was moist and tender. As we didn't order spicy, they gave us a lot of sesame sauce. The rice rolls were ok. Nothing special about them. But the chicken was clearly the star. Portion for a small was quite a lot. We'd probably be back if in the area.
