This is a lunch I’ll be telling people about. The lunch set base is HKD 500. Additional item can be added. Smoked Beef Tartare, Potato Mille-Feuille 4/5- The potato had many layers and fried to perfection. The crunchiness works well with the cold tartare. It topped with salted egg yolk which added a nice nuttiness/ saltiness to it.Chawanmushi, Broccoli, Smoke Broth 4/5- The broccoli had a nice charred crunch. Really enjoyed this cooked salad.Charcoal Grilled Threadfin, Sauce Vierge 4/5- The fish

Charcoal Grilled Threadfin, Sauce Vierge 4/5
- The fish skin was crunchy. The fish is good with the pickled cabbage and onions.

Cold Angel Hair, Kristal Caviar, Kombu 5/5
- One of my favourite dish here. The pasta was slightly warm and the caviar was chilled. Paired together very well.

Bâtard's Signature Roast Chicken, warm Pilaf Rice 4.5/5
- The roast chicken had a crispy skin and the meat was juicy and tenor. The rice absorbed all the flavour from the chicken and mushroom.

Muscovado Tart, Acacia Honey Ice Cream 5/5
- The tart was creamy with a caramelised top. I can eat the entire tart if it was available 😂😂
