Preserved Crab
It's not salty, but juicy and inside is soft.
High quality that used fresh crab to preserve it. Crab seed is full and clean.
It needs to book 2 months in advance, otherwise, sauced preserved crabs are not served for immediate order.
Red and Green Chilly can be cut to add spicy taste by request.
Seaweed with pearl rice
Taste like eating sushi but in Korean eating style that put them into the reversed its crab cover. Seaweed is chrunchy. It has some sesame to add-value on smell and taste. Then adding some crab's sauce, it's really tasty. Yummy...Yummy...

Location
It is not far away from Jordon MTR, 5 minutes walk from MTR exit.
Environment
So So...hum...crowdy but clean in open area.
Service
Becasue we are last round to sit for servicing, the waitress is much pushy to urge order to complete whole session. Even though last order sets at 10:00pm, waitress has been pushing a few times since 9:25pm. How they can improve!
