The king crab legs were sweet, tender, and bursting with fresh, briny flavor. The Peking duck was perfectly crisp on the outside and delightfully juicy within, complemented by an array of perfectly balanced accompaniments. And the Chinese "fa gow" and grouper fish were equally sensational, showcasing the kitchen's masterful command of diverse culinary traditions.
While the $640 per person price tag is certainly on the higher end, the sheer breadth and quality of the offering made it well worth the investment. We left the JW Marriott Cafe feeling completely satisfied, our palates delighted and our expectations exceeded. We cannot wait to return for another spectacular international dining experience.
