MASAM a primary takeout burger joint has recently relocated to a new home in Yuen Long, keeping its eye-catching logo with proper dine-in. Went for the Foie Gras beef burger, which was humongous in size! The burger bun was buttered before placing for a quick grill on the hot plate, the beef patty was super juicy and tender, not to mention the butteriness that from the thick piece of foie gras. This burger combo is certainly not something new (think Burger Room), but has been made to really sort out my burger crave! The soft shell crab burger on the other hand was more innovative, complemented with the Hong Kong style soft scrambled egg, which leaves the egg slightly runny, and sauced with mayonnaise. Need not worry for getting your hands dirty, gloves are provided. For the sides, there are a number of options, we ended up ordering the cheese bolognese fries, fattening yet legit, and the squid and shrimp stick, which was so-so.

They have also opened up a new branch that operates in a food court like setting in Cheung Sha Wan.
