This restaurant is a joke

Went there with my girlfriend to get some late lunch. You can tell right away that this palace isn't really meant for a restaurant, it's jam packed and noisy.  We had two orders of pasta and that was it, we thought a simple dish like pasta wouldn't take anything longer than 15 minutes to make, we were totally wrong. Not only do I see their PRE-COOKED PASTA  SAT IN A PLASTIC BOX without anyone touching them, even the cooks themselves didn't seem bothered about our orders. At this point i started

Went there with my girlfriend to get some late lunch. You can tell right away that this palace isn't really meant for a restaurant, it's jam packed and noisy.  We had two orders of pasta and that was it, we thought a simple dish like pasta wouldn't take anything longer than 15 minutes to make, we were totally wrong. Not only do I see their PRE-COOKED PASTA  SAT IN A PLASTIC BOX without anyone touching them, even the cooks themselves didn't seem bothered about our orders. At this point i started to speculate that our food may never come, but it was pretty busy that day so we decided to stay for a little longer. After the clock reaches the 30 minute mark (No server bothered to ask why we have been sitting here for so long without any plates on the table), I decided to take action and ask where our food was. The waitress took a trip to the kitchen area and never returned, another waiter came and told us our order was never placed and asked if we would like to place them now. I stormed out in anger and an empty stomach swearing to the gods that I will never visit this place again.
