I was trying to make a reservation for the X'mas Eve dinner last week. I was attracted by the sea view of Water Mark, and then I called in for a reservation. The host told me that they need me to fill out a form for the reservation, and requested from my email address. And then I called in the other day since I had received nothing from them, and then the host told me that their catering director was very busy, maybe she had no time to send me the email, and then I said what about I gave her

I was trying to make a reservation for the X'mas Eve dinner last week. I was attracted by the sea view of Water Mark, and then I called in for a reservation. The host told me that they need me to fill out a form for the reservation, and requested from my email address. And then I called in the other day since I had received nothing from them, and then the host told me that their catering director was very busy, maybe she had no time to send me the email, and then I said what about I gave her my email again in case if there was any techical problem, but the philippino host rejected my offer. And then, I call in again today, they said, they are fully booked!!!! And then they asked me for my email address, and they said, they had sent me the menu on the 4 Dec, but I'd checked my email account again and again. I had received nothing from them!!!!
I duno what attitude are they offering. also, how can reservation be made w/ email but not on the phone!
