First of all, the waitress and store manager would let you wait for 15 minutes to take your order (while the store is not busy at all). Then when your food is ready and placed outside the kitchen, they would rather let you wait for another 10 min after they finish whatever they want to do. I have no idea why the business owner would keep such arrogant and useless waitress or manager. It is totally sub hk standard. Super low efficiency and bad attitude. Avoid this place by all means!
