The entire dining experience is disastrous. Understood it's a Saturday evening and the restaurant was packed but it took over half an hour to process the payment is absolutely unacceptable. Got no idea how a 4-star restaurant required the diner to go to the counter to get back the credit card and bill that we could sign and leave. The waiters are young and inexperienced with non-existence of sensitivity and thoughtfulness. Would never come back again.
