蓮香樓 (已易手) 新餐厅

I highly recomeend this place for anyone who wants to try the classic yum cha and for visitors to Hong kong i think this is a must try place:environment- very classic and the waiters dress in old-fahsioned way!food qualtity- is excellent, the pork liver siu-mai is my favourite! also the 8bao duck (must reserve if you want to eat at night)
