Honestly, there are some kinds of difference between this little box of siu mai and others that you can get from convenient stores. The siu mai is rich in the taste of fish and is steamed just right that it is not too soft. It tastes good when its hot and spicy (depends on whether you wanna add some spicy soy sauce).
