I arrived around 1:30 and only waited 10 minutes for a table.  There was a queue but it appeared most people had wandered off.

During lunch time, they have a lunch set menu only. Menu in English and Chinese. The set includes a coffee or tea. Vegetables available for an added $28.

They also have options for drink upgrades if you are not satisfied with the set drink.

As I was here for the Hainan chicken rice, I ordered their Mandarin chicken ($128). It arrived pretty fast. It came with minced giner, sweet soy sauce and chili sauce.

The portion of chicken was quite generous. But I guess I am paying over a $100 for it. The chicken was boneless and placed on a bed of rather soggy lettuce and complimented with cucumbers and cherry tomato. The chicken was OK. Not a lot of flavor but at least moist enough.

The rice was OK as well. Fragrant and not too oily.

The clear chicken broth was interesting as it included lots of bits of deep fried onions and a piece of tofu. The soup was sweet but had a strong onion taste.

It was not too bad but not mindblowingly amazing. Not enough to warrant a price tag of over $100. Considering there are a lot of places in Hong Kong that serve excellent Hainan chicken rice for a lot less, I don't know if it is worth coming back for. The only thing I can say is that at least the portion was quite generous and I did roll out of there rather full. Service was also not that good considering I paid almost $150 for lunch. Water wasn't provided for me when I sat down until I asked for it (twice by the way).  My meal was also just hastily slid to me. The bill was also asked a few times also until someone actually went to the cashier to ring it up. All this combined makes me wonder if there is a repeat visit at all.
