At the store front you can see the pricing of all the cuts and weight. They literally have a scale beside the cashier so you know exactly what you are paying for. 300g Rib-Eye cooked to perfection. Medium Rare served with miso soup, rice and some salad and those thin crispy garlic slices. Yum.
400g Rib-Eye cooked to perfection. Medium Rare. Is very noticeably thicker than the 300g above. You know you are paying for 400g as the staff weighs it for you. Very awesome.
These are the kind of shops that will put steakhouses out of business.
