February 26, Angeles Calvin , it was my birthday. My 17th birthday, i chose Al Dente because i truly admire italian food. I was with my family, we ordered Steak, 3 Pastas and the Pizza Al dente... Im telling you, it was the best food i have ever eaten in my who,e entire life... Why? the ingredients, cooking style and design is unique and wonderful. The steak was super juicy and cooked as how i wanted it, the pasta was over-whelming and tasty, the pizza was beautiful and probably the best and the
The service was good, the waitresses were kind and polite, although they have to work on communicating with better english but who cares, they are amazing workers. they serve really well and truly hardworking workers.
The environment is good, except the fact that sometimes this restaurant can get really noisy, but i understand, because its a busy restaurant ... The place is beautiful, especially dinner time, candle lights, comfortable sofas and chairs, well organized cutleries and the music is very interesting... Makes you feel so italian alike.
Those who said this restaurant is bad and all, i say no to you guys, you guys expect too much... Seriously, if you want good food, good service. Good environment, go to a freaking hotel .... al dente is a unique italian restaurant . Its wonderful aNd beautiful. I love th food and drinks, service and people too. Dont hate this restaurant, dont give bad comments or insults, if you dont like it, leave it and just look at the bright side where Al Dente has the best food in Tsim Sha Tsui and Hong Kong.
i will surely celebrate and eat here more often.
