My colleagues invited me to join him for dinner tonight and suggested Vici Stage. Vici Stage is a bar cum restaurant, providing live band to customers from time to time as well. It was located at Sha Tsui Road, several minutes walk from Tsuen Wan MTR. Whisper - This cocktail was mixed with gin, lillet blanc, elderflower and tonic water. It was clear and refreshing, with strong alcohol content. It has slight elderflower taste as well.
Dancing grape - This cocktail was mixed with gin, kyoho liquor, aperol, lemon juice and pineapple juice. It was sweet, having fruity taste. It was easy to drink, going well with those food ordered.
Thai style house salad - The presentation was colourful, with huge scallops and prawns in it. Salad was crunchy and fresh, and scallop and prawn were chewy and juicy. Salad was appetizing and sour, with pomelo bits in it.
Fresh crab meat risotto - Risotto was cooked till chewy and flavourful, and the risotto was of those fat texture. Crab meat was chewy and fresh in taste as well.
Tom Yum Goong pizza - It was of thin crust and was baked till crispy. It was cheesy and has slight tom yum goong taste.
