I had been HK TGI Friday. I can say totally different with TGI Friday in Melb. What's different: (1) nationality of waiter and waitress (2) size of meal(3) taste of meal(4) quality of meal(1) In HK, they employ a lot of people from Philippine. In Aust, of course Aussie and others.(2) In HK, the size of meal is very huge such as Jack Daniel Pork Rib that is double compared with Melb. I had been HK TGI Friday. I can say totally different with TGI Friday in Melb. What's different:

(1) In HK, they employ a lot of people from Philippine. In Aust, of course Aussie and others.
(2) In HK, the size of meal is very huge such as Jack Daniel Pork Rib that is double compared with Melb. Don't forget quality is more important than quantity.
(3) In HK, the taste of meal is terrible. The salad's dips is still ok.
(4) In Melb, the quality of meal is much better, better and better such as cooked food is no burn out & original western taste.
Even my friends come from UK & USA. We are the same compliants and we are disappointed. I understand the resturant needs to change something to suit for HK people. However, the goodwill & image are very important. I hope I can see it to change back to original American style and taste.
