Texmex in Hong Kong? Say what?

One thing bad about Hong Kong is that you can’t find decent Mexican food anywhere....until caliente. I ordered their 3 tacos combo and chose a beef, chicken and pulled pork. The chicken was by far the best one, it was well season and incredibly tender. My least favorite was the steak (beef); it was still good tho. Then I also had the enchiladas,it is made quite different then was I am used to first of all it has a flour tortilla instead of the Mesa (corn) tortilla. But the chicken in there is as

The chicken was by far the best one, it was well season and incredibly tender. My least favorite was the steak (beef); it was still good tho. Then I also had the enchiladas,it is made quite different then was I am used to first of all it has a flour tortilla instead of the Mesa (corn) tortilla. But the chicken in there is as spectacular as the ones in my tacos. The sauce on top is decent too. This is by far the best Texmex restaurant in Hong Kong. Still far from the standard of the states but it will do to satisfy those Mexican food cravings.
