My first ever review on openrice becuz i couldnt stand the service with this restaurant. Terrible service!!! Went there becuz it is a “yellow shop”. My tolerance with yellow shop is always higher becuz i think it is tougher for them to run a business when they claim themselves a yellow shop. Terrible service!!! Went there becuz it is a “yellow shop”. My tolerance with yellow shop is always higher becuz i think it is tougher for them to run a business when they claim themselves a yellow shop. However having said that, it doesnt mean your service can be rude!!! We were seated in a table on last Sunday without hardly any ac, we therefore were requesting to change to a different table (there are empty tables available from what we can see), the waitress was extremely rude and said no table available in a blunt way and turned her head around and left. I waved her again when she walked by my table and asked her again and her attitude was even more rude as u can tell from her voice and her eyes even she has mask on. We stood up right away and left.
I wish they dont claim themselves as a yellow shop as from all my experience all yellow shops have been super nice, friendly, helpful even their food might still have a lot of room to improve but their service always makes it and you feel the money is well spent!!!
