I just had lunch at this place today.  I never had such a bad experience. After waiting for a long time, they gave me a wrong dish. Then after some more waiting, my Vietnamese PorkChop Rice dish came. It was barely room temperature.The pork was poorly prepared and was mainly fat and bone. The rice was over-cooked. I ate at many Vietnamese restaurants around Hong Kong and this one is absolutely the worst.  Don't go there.  There are a lot of choices in Hong Kong, and cheaper.
