shop at harbour centre has no management on conduct of service lady at upper dining floor. That lady keeps disturbing dinners urging them to allow her to take away the plate even though foods are not yet finished. If that shop got not enough plates at lunch peak. they should buy more or just close the shop. on one occasion, I saw that lady ticking her teeth at dinning floor affecting appetite of customers.
