With the modern day favourites being coffee, tea is not only second to it but also regarded as a drink of the past. Several tea houses in HK are trying to revive teas, with Teahub being one of the best in this. On a weekend afternoon, the shop is cozy and warm , blending in well with the neighbourhood. On a weekend afternoon, the shop is cozy and warm , blending in well with the neighbourhood. The mainstay of the shop is about tea, teas ranging from Chinese tea to Japanese teas are on offer. But what suprises me the most is a large selection of food products that compliments the tea selections. One of them are the lunch menus that offer a fantastic selection of food products cooked with tea.
In terms of the drinks, i selected the matcha tea .not only is the drink itself surprisingly rich and full, the taste is clearly different from a lot of other chainshops that provides this tea.
I have to say as a coffee lover myself this has been a eye opening experience and i wud urge tea lovers and tea doubters to try this shop out and enjoy what is a carefully selected food and drinks menu presented by some very helpful owners and staff.
